Shipping frozen products requires special attention and we’re committed to the highest standards. From the moment our products ship to when it arrives at your door, we work carefully to ensure it stays frozen/maintains safe temperatures and reaches you in the freshest, highest-quality condition.
EXTRA PROTECTION
To ensure your product arrives in good condition, we carefully wrap your order before shipping. This extra layer of protection minimizes the risk of damage and leaks AND helps with insulation.
THERMAL PACKAGING
We use tested, high-quality shipping materials including insulated liners to be certain that our products arrive to our customers at safe temperatures. We also use ice packs to keep the product frozen during transit.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship orders every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Once shipped, orders will reach your door in 1-2 days, unless you opt for overnight shipping.
LOCAL PICK-UP
You can also pick up your order (hot & ready AND frozen) at our Denver location during normal business hours:
Monday 11am–7pm
Tuesday 11am–7pm
Wednesday 11am–9pm
Thursday 11am–9pm
Friday 11am–6pm
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable food products.
